 Our coffee is micro roasted meaning your beans are not roasted until you order them guaranteeing you the freshest coffee every time!

 We are very proud of the coffee we sell. It is 100% organic shade grown coffee. What does this mean to you? What shade grown does is it protects the fragile native forest canopy that helps provide life for threatened birds, animals, fish and plants.

Your coffee does not need to be refrigerated. Just make sure you store it in a dark dry place. Coffee can be stored for 6 months of the roasting date imprinted on our sealed bags. Once you open the bag you need to try to use within 30 days for freshness.

We roast to order, so you are guaranteed the freshest coffee every time!
